CLARE GODDARD from the UK who is teaching a paper/mixed media workshop.

Paperworks.  This workshop focuses on using found and reclaimed papers.







MARJOLEIN DALLINGA from Canada who is teaching a felting workshop. 

Sculptural Felting: experiment and discovery.  This workshop is focused on experimentation and discovery of forms.

This workshop now has 12 enrolments and so any more enrolments will go on to a wait list!!!!!  Sorry :(  Email me if you would like to be on a wait list.

But Marjolein is taking more workshops in New Zealand after Whanganui.  I don't know where but check out local felting/creative fibre groups.  If I do find out I will post it here and on Fibre Arts Face Book page.

Words and Threads.  This workshop is about adding layers of ressonance and meaning to your work by using words, letters and writing

 






CORDULA KAGEMANN from Germany who is teaching a paper/collage workshop

Exploring Collage with Paper and Paint.  This workshop invites you to explore the possibilities and advantages of mixed media collage techniques

 





So exciting, I can hardly wait for next April to arrive.


VENUE:

Wanganui Girls College classrooms and their boarding facility Ad Astra.  All the rooms are single and all meals as well as morning and afternoon teas and suppers are provided.

TIMETABLE:

Registration day is Sunday 21 April from 1.30 and classes start at 9.00 am on Monday 22 April.  The event finishes at 4.00 pm on Friday 26 April.  Dinner, supper and accommodation will be provided on Friday 26 April evening and participants are expected to leave before 9 am on Saturday 27 April.  In the evenings each of the tutors will present a talk/lecture about their work.
